I recently met an amazing four-year-old boy named Koya when I was on tour in
Japan, and he is anxious to share his messages with the whole world. He was
born paralyzed and needs a letter board to communicate. I met him in Hiroshima
after a peace rally there, and was very impressed with his simple wisdom.
Koya's mother contacted me through a translator and said Koya doesn't want to
wait till the conference to begin giving his message. He wants to start now
because it is such an important time. This is part of Koya's message:
"We should be doing things that are joyous. Just the other day I asked
myself, what is peace? That's when I decided that we're not to do things that
aren't joyous. If we spend our time with fun things, a peaceful and fun world
will come along. I wish everybody can be like that but it's quite difficult! So
it's up to us, the children, to get this across.
You see, the world is already One. I promise you that we'll spread love in the
world. All the countries are really the same, so let's join hands and spread
our love! Crying isn't joyous, but I'm going to have a big cry when we spread
the message of love and our love becomes One."

Open Your Heart by Sharon Kay
So many continue to suffer from the pain of hurts we experienced as
children, when we forgot who we really were - "perfect and powerful
spiritual beings having a human experience" and began to believe what
others were saying to us and about us. As adults, if we may continue to feel
hurt by what others are saying or doing. But if we look at each hurt as an
opportunity to heal our selves by opening our hearts, blessing others for
pointing to our hurts and loving ourselves and others unconditionally, we will
be healed.
THE COURSE IN MIRACLES says all we have to do is heal our minds. Painful
feelings come from beliefs that are not true. When we feel anger, or hatred, or
fear or upset, our "natural God-given guidance system" is only
telling us that we are vibrating at a frequency other than the frequency of
love. When we change our thoughts... change our mind... we can feel the change!
Our only goal is PEACE. And PEACE comes from within. The healing of our own
heart is an "inside job." But first, we have to feel all our
feelings... then we can choose which thoughts we want to change so we can feel
PEACE.
Let is make Inner Peace our only goal from this day forward.

Many years ago, a friend shared her writing with me. It was a book she had been
working on for 20 years. I was fascinated as she read from her spiral notebook.
"This is a wonderful story," I said. "Why don't you finish
it?" She looked at me and smiled. Then she opened her closet and began
pulling out unfinished manuscript after manuscript. With my encouragement
she continues to write and her first book will be published in March by
Dandelion Books. TIME OUT OF MIND is a wonderful story of Atlantis. (add

ANIMALS AND ESSENTIAL OILS

1. Peace and Calming on my cat¹s paw pads and she is much more relaxed
and friendly.
2. The other cats always come around when I am working with the oils.
Sometimes they will wrinkle up their noses and squint their eyes, but
they usually want to smell them. When the capped bottles are sitting on
the bed or desk, they will lay on them or near them.
3. We have used the oils for eremites.
4. My mom's dog had a sore on her tail that opened up and began bleeding.
I used patchouli and Purification on the sore, with Valor, Peace
and Calming, and White Angelica on her paw pads. It worked!
5. The dog and the cats seem to like 3 Wise Men on the crown chakra (top
of head). My theory on this and this is just my theory -- is that
animals come to support us emotionally and will take the emotions on for us.
The 3 Wise Men helps them get rid of negativity.
6. A friend of mine had two large, outside dogs that played very
aggressively and would bite the tips of each other's ears. Flies would
come and lay eggs on the sores. We mixed Purification in V-6 and applied
the oils to the sores. The flies literally were off the dog in minutes
and the ears healed very quickly. She now applies the mixture under the
dogs' collars as well as the ears.
7. My cousin had a 180-pound dog that had been tied to a very short leash
by an abusive owner before it was fully grown. Its hind leg/hips were
unable to stretch and grow properly. No one had ever seen it run, and
walking and sitting were awkward and painful for him. I used Valor on his
paw pads and Ortho Ease right through his hair and worked the inside and
outside of his hind leg muscles. I added other oils to his paws,
including Peace and Calming, because he was very large, very strong, and in
pain, and I didn¹t want him to bite me!
Well, he didn¹t bite me, except to take my whole wrist in his mouth gently, as
if in gratitude. He very willingly let me work on him! He kept
groaning and sighing as if in relief and release. Later that day, my
cousin came to me with tears in his eyes. He didn¹t know I had worked on
his dog and had taken him for a walk. He was crying because for the first
time that dog RAN! That's when he figured out I had worked on him and he came
to thank me. I was very happy to have had such wonderful friends--the
oils--to be able to offer such relief to such a gentle giant of a dog.
8. From a groomer: I use Purification on all my animals on the wire
brush prior to grooming. I use it in spritzers in my bathrooms and
would not be without it for control of those nasty critter bites. Takes
away the itch and leaves the animals smelling great!
9. Sulfurzyme is wonderful for mall dogs. They don¹t need much and
it will go along way towards healing. I've had really good results
using Sulfurzyme and essential oils on my animals.

Sharon Kay has traced one woman's path through life with loving details and
amazing insights. The revelations found within the covers of this book
were nothing short of amazing.
Norah Mason marries young after growing to young womanhood in a family ruled by
a father who is something less than pleasant. Her husband Mike is
supportive, kind, the sort of breadwinner women hope for. Their life
together through the years is filled with happiness and sorrow, struggle and
joy. Nearly every reader, male or female, will relate to their
experiences. Four children come along. Life isn't always easy, but
Norah toughs it out through troubled times the way she thinks is right.
And then, with children half grown, along comes spiritual enlightenment.
Like the author says in quotes, "The fastest way to Spiritual
Enlightenment is a nervous breakdown." Norah battles depression,
anxiety, anger, bitterness, and a lack of joy that permeates her life.
Changes are in order. Norah faces difficult truths about herself,
truths that have been hidden all her life and taken a toll on her well being.
Her journey to peace and acceptance of herself is taken one incremental
step at a time until she triumphs. The reader travels with her on this
journey, and learns a thing or two along the way.
This was a wonderful book. Uplifting, enlightening and joyous despite the
troubles Norah faces. Anyone who wishes to learn more about life and
