"Read the book, Excitotoxins: The Taste that Kills , by Russell Blaylock, MD. NutraSweet (the death spiral logo) isn't the only culprit - there's MSG, aluminum cookware and about a dozen others all outlined in this 'can't-put-it-down-book'. All the substances are GRAS food additives. GRAS is a term put forward by the FDA meaning, "generally regarded as safe". Makes you wonder!"

VI. Movie Notes
I saw the Fahrenheit 9/11 opening day - Friday, June 25...in "conservative" Midland, Michigan. The first show was packed and the second show at 2:15 was packed, too. Waves of audience laughter, sniffles and silence accompanied the experience. When the film ended the audience broke out in applause.
Fahrenheit 9/11 is a brilliant documentary! A courageous and masterful work! No wonder that it won the "best documentary award" at the Cannes Film Festival!
I feel that every adult in this country needs to see this film, regardless of their political views.... though parts are not easy to watch. Talk about "the ugly American" - mankind's darkest nature is revealed! The Bush Family and Friends have played their parts so well that it is now a clear CHOICE for Americans and all peoples of the world.... Peace or War! I doubt that anyone could choose war after seeing this film.
